The Process
– We sit down with you and get an idea of what you are looking for. We ask key questions to help guide us in drawing up your home.
– Because we build custom homes, you have as much influence in the design as you want. This is your home.
– We then design a rough draft and review it with you making the changes discussed.
– Once we are close, we have it finalized into building plans on a CAD system. After a couple more tweaks, if needed we are ready to bring it to life.
– Our project manager guides you through the entire build process as we take care of all of the details so you don’t have to.
– You have an open communication line to the project manager anytime.
